Role Overview
:We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with expertise in insurance claims systems to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that streamline claims processing and improve operational efficiency
.Key Responsibilities
- :Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate)
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions for insurance claims systems
- .Integrate backend services with third-party APIs, databases, and other external systems
- .Develop and optimize SQL/NoSQL database queries for claims data management
- .Ensure application security, performance, and reliability in compliance with industry standards
- .Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- .Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments
- .Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in both Java development and the insurance domain
.Qualifications
- :7-10+ years of experience in Java backend development
- .Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
- .Deep understanding of insurance claims processes, workflows, and data structures
- .Experience in with Azure clou
- dProficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)
- .Experience working with APIs (RESTful or SOAP)
- .Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
- .Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- .Excellent communication and teamwork skills
